Leftovers: So here’s one that despite having picked it up for Thanksgiving, I’ll freely admit that I’m just now getting around to enjoying … and for those of you who are now scratching your heads saying, “Who in their right mind takes four days to get around to eating a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake?!”, well, my bad…
The restaurant is really fun and I usually enjoy going on my birthday. I’m having a dilemma right now over whether I want to go this weekend and keep up that tradition or have my husband cook for me. That said, I hate cheesecake, even Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, it’s just a dessert that I don’t understand why it’s good. Their other desserts are amazing! I kind of want to go now
If you've never had Cheesecake Factory you'll love it. If you have, it won't measure up. I also recommend you double the crust ingredients since I didn't and it nearly wasn't enough crust to accommodate all the batter. It does taste better with age, so allow 1-2 days before dipping in. Fluffy and all, but lacked a certain sweetness, creaminess and smoothness Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake has. My guests nor I were really impressed. Hit or miss for me.
