  • Barnes & Noble has recently introduced their new Nook ebook reader device, called Nook Color. Like what its name suggest, the Nook color features a 7-inch full color touchscreen display, unlike its competitors on the market that use black-and-white e-ink technology to give the “paper” feel.

Also the Nook Ebook Reader will not have two panels as previously rumored, but one panel with a color touchscreen at the bottom of the e-ink display (see close-up pic above), and it introduces a new standout feature, called lending. But no further details on this feature have been rolled out.

  • The Nook eBook reader is the Barnes and Noble response to the Kindle. It is somewhat less finicky than the Kindle. The Nook bookstore offers more than 2.5 million titles and even has a free book on Fridays. It uses the ePub format which mean you can buy books from other stores and even borrow books from your local library.

In closing, NOOK eBook to PDF Converter is by all means a practical and helpful application that can certainly help you keep the books you love closer to you.
