He believes that spirituality is at the core of each one of us, expressed in the essential experiences of living and being in harmony with all that gives our lives meaning and a sense of aliveness. In Chapter 1, Dr. Sabetti introduces his Path of No Way as a spiritual lifestyle with its immediate, spontaneous, and continuous exploration of essential spirituality, without beliefs, practices, or rituals. It's a journey of awareness that helps explain how the many worldly expressions live through Oneness as a manifestation of this essential spirituality. In Chapter 2, he explores how we go out of Oneness of splitting ourselves for protection. Finally in Chapter 3 he helps personalize spirituality by answering direct questions as a way to help clarify actual difficulties experienced by individuals on their path to the ONE.

  • Stephano Sabetti challenges the essential notion that we all truly want to change. Despite the fact that conscious change affords many benefits, many of us are frightened by the thought of actually changing. Many of us are fearful of the excitement, the uncertainty, and most importantly the fact that in a world of change, there is no-thing to hold on to. Fully moving with change means we must surrender our illusory control over many of life's important processes - being loved, feeling happy, or being at peace. Sabetti encourages the reader, challenging the notion that there is such thing as no change. He shows that life itself would be impossible without a certain amount of change. We can only affect how change takes place and its pathway, not whether or not it happens. He introduces the concept of the change wave, which describes change as a dynamic process of energy gathering and distribution. This diagnostic tool can be used by individuals to understand where they are in the change process so that they may effectively move past boundaries or points of blockage to the resolution of perplexing issues. Many of us get stuck in an impasse loop where we repeat processes that remain unfinished or unwhole. Dr. Sabetti also provides some humorous anecdotes that characterize some of the change ploys we use to delude ourselves and rationalize our half-hearted attempts to change.

In uniting the Western tradition of psychotherapy with various Eastern methods of healing, Dr. Stephano Sabetti developed a revolutionary process of inquiry called Life Energy Process, based on the concept of life energy as a fundamental force in the universe. In Life Energy Process, Dr. Sabetti presents 12 forms of LEP that he developed to apply specifically to the interpretation of energetic processes as they move through us and express themselves in therapy, music, dance, organizations, art, etc. Each form adds to the general understanding of energy dynamics and benefits from the cross-fertilization with other forms. Dr. Sabetti begins with its history and indicates how the general concepts and principles of LEP are used specifically for this variation. He then discusses the concepts that make the form unique, and he finishes by explaining how he arrives at a diagnosis of the individual or organization in relation to it. This energy-based system in a dynamic, multi-leveled approach to change and lifestyle. Because it views the universality of energy as fundamental to the essence of life, LEP can be applied to comprehend the way all elements of any system interact and influence each other.
